Irish Dancing: by Auriana
A few weeks ago, Natalie had an Irish dancing recital at the Provo Library. She has been taking Irish dance classes for about 2 months at a little dance studio in Provo. It is just kids from about 7-10 years old who wanted to learn how to Irish dance. Well, for Family Home Evening a few weeks ago, we went to Natalie's recital. There were tons of different groups there, there were little tiny kids that were probably 4 or 5 years old, up to High-School aged kids who had competed in competitions. There were even two adults representing an adult dancing class who performed! Natalie's group was one of the best, and a lot of the people in the audience were impressed when one of the boys in the class said that they had only been taking the class for two months! We had a really fun time watching Natalie dance. The music was really fun to listen to. Miriam liked it too, I guess, because she was acting a little bit strange while we were there. :) Natalie is getting really good at dancing, and I can't wait until her next performance, which is coming up soon.
